Windows is hugely important for Tk, particularly for commercial apps obviously.
The goal here, as elsewhere, should be that people can easily build an app for
Windows using Tk and the users just don't know it is built using Tk (unless you
want to tell them!).

DKF: One goal should be that programmers don't need to tweak much to get it looking right "out of the box". On Win, a Win-like look should be default.
This includes having native Windows XP look for things like buttons, scrollbars, etc. (some of them are already in, George Petasis has some patches for others)
